We had wonderful spring weather! It was sunny the whole day.

It was a little bit like Christmas yesterday, as the parcel service has brought me a packet. Inside the packet was my new macro lense. I presented myself belated for birthday.

So I played a little bit with the new lense today and took shots from the spring flowers in our backyard.

Today another packet was delivered - with another belated birthday present I bought by myself. I´ll tell you more tomorrow.

After the homeworks my younger son went downstairs for painting with chalk on the street. He was enjoying it and the sun.

For now have a great day or night where ever you are!
CU tomorrow late in the evening - because I´ll have to work until 6 pm

A new sunrise of today from 7:20 am. It was cold one degrees below zero - but look at this wonderful sun... seems spring is coming now.

Before midday the weather was sunny, in the afternoon it was mostly cloudy. We had about 8 degrees during the day.

I had a busy and more hectic day and no time for myself. In the evening I was totally finished. But there was another appointment and afterwords the week pages have waited. That´s why I haven´t got any other picture for today.

I took these pictures at 6:30 this morning whereas... we had 7:30 because of the time change her in Germany ...... That were the only minutes with sun today. The rest of the day the sky was grey. I´ll miss the sun!

We had a lazy Sunday and nothing special happened....although my kids were playing a long time together without quarrel, that´s really rare.

Lunch how my younger son is loving it! One of his favorite word is "steak".

So after breakfast and shopping by IKEA and after a museum visit we went to a steakhouse today! He ate a filet steak and a corncob and he was so happy about it.

What do you think how the weather was today? Yeah right.... it was raining, raining, raining, raining..... the bad weather continues!

Nothing special happened today... except that it was raining, raining, raining the whole day long.

Nothing leaped to my eyes what could be photographed.

So I´ll show you an artist work (processed with Annies actions) from my elder son what he did a few days ago on his wall ... or should I better say scribbling .... I throwed my hands up in horror! And that´s not all what he had been up to the last couple of days respectively the last couple of weeks. The black ring on the left side is a truer go-kart tire.

I have decided to bring some colour in this terrible, grey, wet, rainy and snowy week. So I played a bit with the actions of PTM and had so much fun doing this.

After his homeworks my younger son asked if he could go outside to ride with his bike ...over the cartway ... sure ...

I watched him from the bedroom window... but he didn´t know that.

It shan't be long and it begans to rain. My son had so much fun driving through a puddle. As I saw this I had an idea for my daily shot, although I didn´t like mud and dirt ... I snapped my camera and went downstairs to him.

He was surprised and his first question after I had told him what my plan was ... was "Are you sure I´m allowed to drive through the puddles - do you really want that?" I couldn't help laughing. So I had some fun, too!

In the morning we had two degrees below zero and during the day one degrees below zero. What a friendly spring weather....

My picture of today is a view out of my windscreen (at 6.15 pm) after working. In the background you see a snowcapped field. All the day long it has snowed. Even the lanes of the freeway were snowcapped and slobbery.

The weather was like my feeling inside. I don´t know how everything will continue. I'm sure I don't know.

It´s snowing right now (7.30 am) - only a little bit, but it do so!

The whole day we have rain or shower of sleet. Sometimes with snow. Wonderful spring we have......LOL, no that´s not funny!

Quite apart from the fact that the weather wasn´t nice... the whole day wasn´t good for me and my family. But I can´t told the reason her in the net. Sorry!

Today we had beastly weather like in november. Very stormy, cold (between 5 and 7 degrees) and sometimes rainy. So my younger son and his friend were playing with his Playmobil knights within the house.

In the morning I had decided that it would be the perfect day to bake the chocolate-orange-scones that Terragina linked us to a few days ago.

The result you can see on my picture of today. They are yummy and not so sweet!

Today I could slept in until 7 am. My elder son then went shopping freshly-baked rolls by bycicle. It was very cold - only 1 degrees - and cloudy.

After breakfast my younger son and my DH were working in the garden. My DS has tested his new saw and was very delighted with it. This is my picture of today. My elder son couldn´t be bothered to do something.



In the early afternoon we have barbecued. The head chef was my younger son and he did it fantastic. After a short break they went on working and I
recompensed them later for doing all this work, with ice cream. My DS was very very hardworking today.

The whole day it was cold, cloudy and windy. But it was a wonderful and apollonian day, today (with three of us...LOL)

This is one of the tulips my younger son gave me at midday today. He bought them on the market.

I love him so much and also these wonderful colours. He is the only one thinking of me. Not even at my birthday I have got flowers from my DH. That´s why the presents from my son are more precious as anyway. He´s always thinking of me, not only at my birthday, not only on mothersday - no, everytime he is thinking of me.

In the morning my elder son and I were spending 3 hours in school for the decision if he´ll learn french or latin. Now he decided to learn french. During these 3 hours my younger son and my DH were making the grocery shopping and they´ve cooked the meal.

In the afternoon both have cleaned the garden furniture, while my elder son and I were making a cycling tour of about 2 hours, after learning english vocabulary.

The sun was shining today, but it was cold. Again 2 degrees below zero in the morning and during the day 7 degrees.

Today it was freezing cold. 2 degrees below zero in the early morning and 5 degrees during the day.

But it was a wonderful sunny spring day. Spring - yeah today was the beginning of spring! And I had to go to the office...

... but every Friday there are fish-rolls in the cafeteria. I love fried herring rolls most and that´s my picture for today.

My elder son´s still gone haywire, but now he is sleeping - great this day is overcome.

A quarter to 5 pm I had to bring my younger son to his soccer training. On the way I saw such a dark and wild sky.

What a different to the wonderful sunrise shots yesterday!

Today the weather was totally haywire. About 4 degrees, sometimes sunny, sometimes rainy, sometimes windy and sometimes it was snow-stormy.... a weather like in april.

And today my elder son was/is like the weather.... totally haywire.... I´ll be glad, when this day is over.

These are Wibele(german version) or Wibele (englisch version) Wibele are a Swabian speciality. For me it´s a childhood memory.

As I were in Stuttgart for a short while ago, I brought along two sachets....... oh, they are so yummy!!

Today nothing special happens! It was a Tuesday as always. Guitar lesson for my younger son, learning english vocabulary with my elder son and in the afternoon swimming training. Even the weather was boring - nothing special!

Our kids breakfast today. It was another grey day, sometimes raining and we had 10 to 12 degrees.

In the morning, after a taking of a blood sample, I did my page of week 11 for the project. In the afternoon we had to do a lot of homework - mainly to relearn english vocabulary. Beacause of a exercise next week.

Wow, look at this..... It's been an age since Diesel has been so cheap!


Today we had 12 degrees. My boys and my DH have worked in the garden. They have cut trees and bushes. Especially my younger son enjoyed the fact that he could help his dad - both enjoyed the mild weather and to be outside for a long time.


Unfortunately the rain comes back in the evening.

Today we had mild air and a proper spring feeling. What a wonderful lazy day for me. It was the last day of my birthday holidays.

Early in the morning we had zero degrees. For a short moment only, I saw the sun. Then clouds hid the sun. For the rest of the day it was raining and sometimes it was sleeting.


Today we had an examination appointment at the dentist! Everything was ok - both kids have disease-free teeth.

Today is my birthday.

My younger son was proud to light this candle for me. He also painted a wonderful mandala for me with many young men....LOL


From my elder son I´ve got this cute little rabbit together with a keychain. The keychain is in form of a bipartite heart. One part for me... and one part for a person I love, he said.


This wonderful page I´ve got from Yvi. I saw it first at the scrapbistro. I was totally speechless, really touched and I was moved to tears. Because it came so unexpectedly. It means a lot to me! Thank you very much Yvi.

Tomorrow is the birthday of Yvi ;-)


But the very best gift, is this amazing handmade brag book, I´ve got from Fabella. Thousand thanks for the special trouble you´ve made for me Fab. You can´t unterstand how much it means to me. It´s just the same as by Yvi. I am not used to the fact - that there are peoples who give me attention.

I love the brag book and I´ll always cherish it.

And this is the worlds best-ever Streuselkuchen "crumble cake". The loan-grandmother of my boys had baked it - and they brought it home in the evening. The cake-box is decorated with handmade stuff from my younger son.

In my post of day 67 I told you about the first place for butterfly of my son.

In the other contests (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and others) he also took good places. Nevertheless we were suprised as he got unexpectedly this wonderful cup at the present day.

He got it for the first place in his age group of all contests from saturday and sunday together.

We were so proud of him - and he was so lucky, because it was so unexpectedly for him!



In the evening we were in school for a presention about the decision for the subjects French or Latin.

Today we had terrible weather. Grey, wet, cold, often rain, sometimes hail

So I decided to construct my belly coach. I have to do something for me and my fitness in the remaining term - LOL- before I turn 40

Overnight it has freezed - so in the morning, I had to scratch my windshield free when I went with my elder son to his meeting point, for the second competition day.

At home again, I made a lazy sunday. We had marinated pot roast for lunch and in the afternoon we went to a icecream shop, because it teem down, so a walk wasn´t comfortable.

For the rest of the day it was raining - also in the night - where we had a downpour.

That´s what we had on lunch today. Homemade pancakes with mincemeat stuffing. I made them together with my younger son.

After lunch I played "ludo" with him on a big carpet on the ground. We had much fun.

My elder son was on a swimming competition today. He won the gold medal for 100m butterfly. Maybe this will be my picture for tomorrow!?

It was the whole day raining! That was so nasty. But in the office it was warm and dry. And one of my colleagues brought along a griddle of cake. It was so yummy.
